Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to identify the basic features and components of the Microsoft Project environment, create a new project plan file and enter project information, manage tasks by organizing tasks and setting task relationships, manage resources for a project, and finalize a project plan.

Intermediate

Outlines: 20132010 - 2007

This Project training class is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who has the basic skills to create and modify project plans using Microsoft Project, and who needs to use this software to manage and customize those plans through the implementation stage of a project.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to exchange project plan data with other applications, update a project plan. manage project costs, report project data visually, and reuse project plan information.

Web App

Outlines: 2007

This Project training class is designed for individuals who will need to interact with the Project Server environment to update project progress, view project and resource information, and manage tasks and their issues and risks.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to use Project Web App to access Project Server, view task assignments, modify task assignments to update the project manager about your progress in the project, manage status reports, manage risks, issues, and documents associated with a project, and track project status within the enterprise.
